COLD BATH // short film

The story of Emuna, a 35-year-old ultra-Orthodox woman, and a single mother of 5, who has lost one of her children after a battle against cancer. At dawn, she packs her belongings from the hospital and returns to her neighborhood in Bnei Brak where she faces reality after her son's passing. With no money, in somber solitude and with heavy mourning, she remains lonely to pick up the pieces, and faced with sadness to tell her other children that their brother has passed away. Emuna decides to set up a meal in memory of Efrayim, where she tells her children about his passing. She then goes on a quest and strives to answer the unquestionable.
